Engagement, Wedding, or Marriage Gift: Couples Connection Consultation
For couples who are newly engaged, planning a wedding, or renewing their existing marriage, give the gift of healthy communication for a fulfilling future. Consultation includes:
PREPARE/ENRICH inventory. This is an assessment developed by Life Innovations, Inc. It helps a couple focus objectively on several relationship areas. It encourages positive direction in areas as: family philosophy; household management; marital expectations; roles; conflict resolution; financial management.
Scoring of PREPARE/ENRICH provides a comprehensive computer report and work book exercises. This includes strength and growth areas, active listening, and family map. Four possible types of couples are: Vitalized, Harmonious, Traditional and Conflicted.
Money Personality books and program. Developed by Susan Zimmerman of Mindful Asset Planning. Assessment evaluates historic style and preference in financial decisions. Computerized scoring creates report to show 1-2 people's dominant money personality scores on a continuum that summarizes each type for reference in discussion. Package includes Susan's books: The Power in Your Money Personality and Fiscal Fitness GEM Exercise Book.
Consultation includes presentation of both assessment reports above. Discussions help couples increase awareness for both strength and potential growth needed areas. Preparation for healthy communication can function as a preventative tool. It helps keep small issues from developing into large problems.
